On Infertility and Friendship

On Infertility and Friendship.

This is so very true. I can definitely attest that infertility changes you. And it goes beyond the infertility part, even if you are lucky, like we are now, it doesn’t stop.

No one, who hasn’t been through this, can understand what it means to know already, that we have to go through the same pain of IVF again, should we decide to have a second child.

I am wary and slighlty careful to approach mum circles etc, just because I know there is a percentage of ‘easy concievers’ that just cannot appreciate the gift of pregnancy and children. I am still a bit scared to admit I am pregnant to the outside world apart from our friends that have been with us on our IVF journey.
